Overview
We work with industrial, commercial, architectural, and institutional clients who need fabricated metal components that meet exact specs — not just close. Our team has the experience, the equipment, and the CWB W47.1 certified welding to back it up.
Why Work With Us
Why Taylor Metals
Experience That Shows
Between our team’s combined 150+ years of fabrication experience, we’ve seen most of what can go wrong — and built processes to prevent it. Industry-leading software, 3D CAD modeling, material nesting, and automated processes mean the parts we produce are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
Everything Under One Roof
Laser cutting, forming, bending, rolling, welding — we do it all here. You don’t need to coordinate between multiple shops or chase down separate vendors for different operations. One call, one relationship, one shop that owns the whole thing.
CWB W47.1 Certified Welding
Our welding is certified under the Canadian Welding Bureau’s W47.1 structural steel standard. That means our processes, procedures, and welders have been independently assessed and approved. Every structural weld we produce is traceable, documented, and built to code.
Prototyping Before You Commit
We can produce physical prototypes before you commit to a full production run. See it, test it, and make changes before the real money is on the table. It’s a straightforward way to reduce risk on anything complex or first-of-kind.
The Taylor Production System
We run our shop on the Taylor Production System — a framework built on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles. It keeps us efficient, accountable, and continuously improving. You benefit from that through better pricing, tighter lead times, and a team that’s always getting better at what it does.
A Partner, Not Just a Vendor
We’re invested in our clients’ success. Whether you need fabrication for a single project or a long-term manufacturing relationship, we show up, communicate well, and deliver what we said we would.
