Key Features:
Precision: Maintains a +/- .005” tolerance and a kerf as low as .006"
Versatility: The ability to laser cut a broad spectrum of metals including: mild steel, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, pre-painted, zinc, nickel alloys, tool steels, etc. We can also cut expanded, perforated, and embossed metals like checker plate.
Efficiency: The parts are ready for welding or powder coating immediately after being cut. This eliminates the labour and additional costs associated with post-processing such as grinding or deburring. We are also able to laser etch part numbers, layout lines, and cut through PVC coated materials to leave the protective covering in place.
Our laser can handle materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, cutting up to 3000mm x 1500mm (9.84ft x 4.92ft) sheets
